Report Naming Conventions and Descriptions

Monthly Analysis

The monthly analysis report will be delivered on the first business day after the end of the prior month. 

• The filename date will reflect the date it is run on

• The monthname will reflect the month it covers.

• File format: YYYYMMDD_[monthname]_MonthlyFeeAnalysisDetail.csv

Daily Settlement

The daily settlement report for the previous day's transactions is delivered each morning during business hours.

• File format: YYYYMMDD_DailySettlementForRecon.csv 

Daily AML

The daily AML report for the previous day's transactions is delivered each morning during business hours.

• File format: YYYYMMDD_DailyAML.csv

Note: All date stamps represent the date the file was generated. In the case of daily reports, the generation date will represent the prior day's data.
